Vincent Chen MD is a Clinical Professor in the Department Biomedical Science Education for the College of Medicine at 海角社区. Dr. Chen received his MD from Washington University in St. Louis. He then completed a residency in Otolaryngology from the University of California at Irvine. Dr. Chen enjoys teaching and utilizing the latest technology in medical education.
